Founded by Steve Howlett, who has over 15 years of experience in Risk Management and Internal Audit. Steve started his consulting career at Deloitte, then joined Moore Stephens in their Risk Management and Internal Audit practice. He later joined corporates including Carlton & United (CUB), Marsh McLennan, and Guild Group as Head of Internal Audit.

Steve has a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia & New Zealand and is a practicing CA Risk Specialist.
